Technical Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Essential Skills: Strong understanding of networking principles 
• Demonstrated technical experience with the following
• Networking Devices, including ACL management
• Routing protocols
• Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP)
• Network Security, VPN, Firewall, IPSEC protocol suite, SSL based VPNs AAA.
• Experience in CISCO ACS 5.x, Nexus Series switches-7k, 5k, 2k, CISCO ASA 5550, 5580-version 8.3
• Client interaction on routine basis to understand the project on going requirement
• Participate in reviews of requirements and implement the required tools to enhance the overall network setup & performance 
• Discuss requirements and design review with the client
• Review the SPOF (Single point of failure) at current network setup.
• Design and implement networking setup for new remote sites
• Design and implementation of new routers, switches & WAN links etc
• Implementing the management tools to fine tune the network
• Monitor and manage and troubleshoot networking backbone (MPLS) and networking equipment
• Monitor, manage and troubleshoot LAN and WAN links 
• Co-ordination with the vendor like AT&T, Sprint, Verizon etc for WAN link support
• Implementing the monitoring tools to monitor the networking hardware and the applications
• Management of customer Wireless setup.
• Though understanding of LAN switching and routing protocols i.e OSPF, BGP.
• Hands on experience on Cisco 4000 series switches.
• Overview of Cisco unified communication
• Hands on Cisco 2800 series routers.
• VOIP Basic understanding.
• Good understanding of system integration concepts
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
