URGENT REQUIREMENT ON:


Title of Position: SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) Trainer
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: Long Term
Employment: Contractual
Rate: $Negotiable 

Experience and Qualifications:

·         These resources will lead the training development and delivery effort for a defined process area, including managing a team of SAP trainers.

·         Proven Experience with full life cycle training projects including: Training Curriculum, Training development, Training Delivery and Team Leadership

·         Experience in SAP PPM with specific experience in MLM, PDP, PPM, DMS, PS

·         Manage and provide training and solutions to the SAP users

·         Provide group training to specific work teams

·         Develop and roll out training materials

·         Responsible for design and delivery of training programs.

·         Work on-site and directly with clients to gain a clear understanding of the customer*s existing business processes

·         Create and deliver all on-site training sessions for clients

·         Strong project management experience and attention to detail

·         Must have the ability to develop and write training materials for a variety of general and specific needs and produce training materials and programs to target those needs.

·         Work closely with product management to update training materials and create delta classes as new releases of the software are rolled out

·         Keep all training material current with the newest software releases

·         Candidates should possess the ability to apply current tools and technologies for cost-effective, convenient, flexible and accessible education.

·         Ability to lead teams in high performance environment. Excellent focus on customer service and client relations. Good inter-personal skills.

·         Ability and flexibility to adapt the training materials to sessions of varying length and for varying audience sizes possessing varying skill sets

·         Ability to effectively conduct classes with a combination of remote and on-site attendees

·         Ability to communicate and train effectively in layman terms to non-technical employees
